Claude Code and Codex licences and any travel are not included. This is scoped, hands-on work in your repository, not an unlimited production build.
Before we meet
Give us read access to one repository at least a week before the workshop, collect a handful of real tasks from the team's backlog and make sure every participant has a Claude Code or Codex licence and a working development environment.
