Both options cover the same ground. In the workshop it becomes shared practice for the whole team, and you also get a rollout plan.

- We review your repository beforehand and write CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md for your codebase with you. These are the files Claude Code and Codex read their project instructions from.
- A workflow from planning to review
- We build a reusable workflow for planning, implementing and reviewing changes. In the workshop, the workflows are built for the whole team.
- Real tasks, reviewed and tested
- We work through real tasks from your backlog and review and test the changes together, so you see in practice how changes made by an AI agent are checked.
- Setup and a working guide
- We set up Claude Code and Codex for your repository. You get a short written working guide, and the workshop adds a rollout plan for the wider team.

What you need
Access to the code
Read access to one repository: a few days before the deep dive, or at least a week before the workshop.
Real tasks
For the deep dive, two or three tasks you want to get done. For the workshop, a handful of tasks from the team's backlog.
Licences
Each participant needs a Claude Code or Codex licence. Licences are not included in the price.
A development environment
For the workshop, every participant needs a working development environment.
Common questions
Both. We set up Claude Code and Codex for your repository and write instructions for each: CLAUDE.md for Claude Code and AGENTS.md for Codex. Each participant needs a licence for either one.
Vibe coding produces code quickly from prompts, but without shared instructions, review or tests. In the training we use the same agents, Claude Code and Codex, in your own code: we write the project's instructions, build one workflow for the team and work through real tasks, reviewed and tested.
Remotely by video, in your company's own repository. Ask us if you would prefer to meet in person. Travel is not included in the price.
Finnish or English, whichever suits your team.
We quote the deep dive or workshop according to your goals and codebase. The quote states the scope, price and applicable VAT before you commit. Licences and travel are agreed separately.
